Best deal on the market. This house has received major work to eliminate all of the problems built into houses during the ‘70s. Aluminum wiring - GONE New circuit panel and copper wiring. Thin copper pipes that can leak under the slab- GONE Replaced with PEX thru the attic, CPVC installed at end of runs. Cast iron sewer piping that tree roots can break thru causing back ups and bugs to enter -GONE Replaced with new Sch. 40 PVC drain pipes. Single pane, 50 year old leaky windows-GONE how about some double pane insulated glass windows. New roof installed, HVAC air handler moved to garage and all new duct work installed. Water heater will be replaced. The kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops were new 13 years ago. Cabinets are good quality maple plywood with plans to refinish to white Shaker style. Both bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry are remodeled with tile floors. All other rooms are receiving bamboo flooring. The final paint work, flooring, cabinets, and granite counters are being done as you see this ad. That is why there is only one finished bedroom photo today. The outside front wall is primer, the other sides are almost done. You can see the color planned from photos of the listing next door. NONE OF THE NEEDED WORK DESCRIBED IN THE FIRST PARAGRAPH WAS DONE TO THAT HOUSE SO WHY PAY MORE???
