The LR looks out to the screened lanai which is acessed through ^' sliding glass doors. The lanai is 20 by 8.5. The view from lanai is of beautiful hugh Live Oak trees. On the otherside of the fence in the back is The Bobby Jones Golf Course which has just been redone and now includes acres of a public walking park. There is also a dog walk at the end of Barlow Ave for residents to use. There are 3 brs upstairs with a hall bath and a master ensuite bath for the master bedroom. Great closet space in each room including a walkin closet in the master bedroom. The condo complex consists of 134 units which are all townhomes in groupings of 3 to 5 mostly 4. Lots of old live oaks in the complex. The complex is centrally located to shopping which has a Publix market and several other stores across the street. Downtown Sarasota is very close as is the UTC Mall. A public bus stops not far from the the entrance and goes to many places in and arounf sarasota including the beaches. The school buses pick up at the entrance for the public schools. There are many private and charter schools close by as well. This neighboor hood is a mix of older folks as well as families with small children and young working adults. A good mixture of everyone! The HOA may seem high but it includes all outside maintence, includes roof repair or replacement, grounds care, pest control for outside of unit, any painting or repair of exterior of building and all insurance including windstorm. Liability for anything happening outside of your unit. You would need to get insurance for the inside of your home. You are responsible for pest control inside and any repairs needed inside. The home has a great rental history and has been rented consistantly since 2017 when we purchased it. It is a great investment property for someone looking for that kind of opportunity.
