The school buses pick up at the entrance for the public schools. There are many private and charter schools close by as well. This neighboor hood is a mix of older folks as well as families with small children and young working adults. A good mixture of everyone! The HOA may seem high but it includes all outside maintence, includes roof repair or replacement, grounds care,pest control for outside of unit, any painting or repair of exterior of building and all insurance including windstorm.
