Drop-down stairs attic access is in the garage, and also in the cedar closet. There is a Whole House Fan which can keep you cool several months of the year, saving on AC bills. The roof was replaced 3 years ago. There is a canal on the north side of the property that leads to a small boat basin, just needs a little weed clean-up. The yard has space for your RV, boat, whatever big toys you have. Come home to quieter times and live on the lake!
