So much potential in this newer build home located in Creekside on Belcher, a small community of 13 homes on a lovely tree lined cul-de-sac in Dunedin! The street is so charming, a John Cena commercial was filmed there a few years ago. Great floor plan with a HUGE fully fenced backyard with a mature fruit bearing mango tree AND fig tree making for a lovely private oasis and certainly large enough for a pool. Eat-in kitchen is in the rear and overlooks the family room. Formal living and dining rooms in front. The primary suite upstairs has french doors leading to a large balcony. 2 more bedrooms and a 4th bedroom/bonus room are also situated upstairs. The home does need work but the mechanicals are in good working order. Appliances are 2 to 5 years old, 5 ton HVAC was just replaced and a new roof will be installed prior to closing. A cracked shower pan in the upstairs bathroom caused some water damage and a leak in the kitchen sink did the same downstairs. Both issues were addressed by a professional water damage restoration company. The homeowners were going to update the home but a work transfer happened first. Plan on new flooring and interior paint throughout as well as finishing the half bath, kitchen island and upstairs secondary bathroom.
