The fireplace with propane gas was refaced and custom shelves and cabinetry complete the look. Several large sliding glass doors fully extend and open onto the lanai. All new remodeled bathrooms with custom cabinets, custom tiled showers and new fixtures. Quartz counter tops in primary bath and one of the guest bedroom baths. The third bath doubles as a pool bath and has a granite counter top. New impact glass double front door was also added. 2017 a new hurricane rated garage door was added. You’ll have to come and see for yourself all the upgrades and updates and enjoy the livability of this home. The always popular. Southbay Yacht & Racquet Club is a vibrant, active community with a beautifully renovated clubhouse which o holds many social events and clubs.
